Developed multiple strategic scenarios for the board of directors, resulting in significant changes in approach to both web and core business. E-commerce Infrastructure Provider: Evaluated operations and analyzed profitability/revenue potential of e-commerce assets. Identified areas for potential growth, along with required investment. Analysis led to eventual sale of commerce assets. Major Magazine Group: Evaluated existing web operations and P & L, developed alternatives to reduce net cash outlay. As a result, client adopted an outsourcing approach and better integration with core business, saving over $1MM/year. Acted as interim GM during transition, also developed and executed third party partnering relationships.
